Job Roles/Responsibilities:
• Creating a comprehensive marketing strategy for the brand; including identifying key opportunities and coming up with new promotions, competitions and events to roll out across our stores.
• Liaising with store managers and supporting stores in carrying out promotional events and evenings; making sure communication with stores is high and they have all the materials they need.

Archer Adams London, an independent menswear brand based in Marylebone London with retail/E-Commerce/Wholesale, is seeking a highly skilled and equally experienced Digital Manager to re-launch and head up their E-Commerce department. You are currently at junior and want to “step-up” with more responsibility and run the show.

Salary: £24k plus 2% of Online Sales, 5 paid personal days in addition to 4 weeks paid holiday. Discretionary Bonus.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and running of the E-Commerce channels, liaising with content managers and marketers responsible for the copy, designers responsible for the look and feel and merchandisers responsible for the product.
• Manage web content manager and their web production team to ensure relevant content is made to attract visitors and drive sales.
• Develop the content and usability of the Brands digital portfolio across web and mobile channels to provide the customer with an easy to use, E-Commerce website inspired by the in-store shopping experience and driving conversion.
• Develop systems and processes to enable Multi-channel Retailing and International Trading.
• Take the broader Brand Strategy and translate it into an effective online commerce strategy.
• Responsible for ensuring the production quality of the site, both content and presentation is set and maintained.
• Manage the internal process of communication between the IT web develops, and the Brand website team ensuring that resource and time is available and planned to deliver agreed website projects within time and budgets.
• Manage relationships with third party providers on agreed projects to deliver a better customer journey
• Manage the communication of E-Commerce projects to the business with particular emphasis on the project sponsors (Department Heads) e.g. internal newsletter.
• Alongside the E-Commerce Marketing Manager, develop and deliver an ‘Attract, Retain and Return’ strategy particularly focusing on “Retain”, ensuring a memorable shopping experience and regular return e.g. Content, features, functionality, navigation, product range, images.
• Support the marketing promotional calendars of the brands, incorporating the main call to action, hero products and promotional features.
• Will be responsible for analysing Analytical Web Tools in order to work with Sr. management to develop winning strategies.

KEY SKILLS
Must consider oneself ‘expert’ level with Google Analytics and or other web analytics to understand ways of improving customer sales/journey

We are looking for someone ideally experienced in luxury retail, ideally in womeswear. The role would be suited to someone business minded but with a creative eye as they will be expected to understand and sell the product.

ROLE:
• Developing a business development plan to increase the brands International presence, including arranging and securing potential partnerships. Must have some knowledge & experience with overseas markets, preferably with established contacts in export, retail & licensing.
• Managing the Marketing critical path and budget, realising deadlines and getting the highest level of finish.
• Organising and attending photo-shoots for the brands marketing materials.
• Creating the visual content for the website, synchronising the ‘seasonal look’ and message, including the online newsletter to press and customers and negotiating the brands advertorial campaigns.
• Drive new business to the company website.
• Manage the in-house PR activity including sending out seasonal imagery, conducting press events, managing the press mailing list and monitoring the PR activity.
